By now I am sure you’ve heard of Sacramento’s new “Crash Tax.”
The crash tax has become a trendy Northern California lever created for local governments by local governments, so to find new money by grabbing revenue from ‘out-of-towners’ who visit said towns and happen to have ‘an accident’ while trolling through the city limits.
